This Privacy Policy explains how Buzzerboy collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website, apply to the Buzzerboy Partner Access programme, or deal with us as a software partner or as a customer buying software through us. By using the site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

What We Collect

We collect only what we need to assess a partnership and to run the reselling relationship:

• Partner applications. Your name, work email, company, product URL, the revenue and customer-type bands you select, how you heard about us, and whatever you write in the free-text field.
• Correspondence. Emails, calls and messages you send us, and our notes from them.
• Commercial information once a partnership begins — contacts, contract terms, registered deals and the accounts attached to them.
• Website usage. Aggregated analytics about pages visited and referral source. We do not build advertising profiles.

We do not ask for and do not want your source code, your customer list or your financial statements in order to assess fit.

How We Use It

• To assess whether your software is a fit for the Partner Access programme and to reply to you.
• To negotiate, operate and support a reselling relationship — including registering deals, quoting, contracting, invoicing and collecting.
• To introduce a partner's product to prospective customers where that is the purpose of the partnership.
• To send service-related communications about an active partnership.
• To improve this website using aggregated usage data.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not send marketing to applicants we have declined.

Where Your Data Goes

Information submitted through the form on this site is stored in Straightline, the customer-relationship platform Buzzerboy owns and operates. It is not passed to a third-party CRM.

Beyond that, we share personal data only as needed to deliver the relationship — for example with cloud and marketplace providers where a transaction is placed, with payment processors for billing, and with professional advisers. Those parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Where a deal is transacted through a cloud marketplace or a procurement platform, that provider will necessarily see the commercial details of the transaction and will handle them under its own terms.

Partner and Customer Confidentiality

What a partner tells us about their product, pricing, customers and roadmap is treated as confidential and is used only to operate the partnership. We do not share one partner's commercial information with another partner, and we do not use it to compete with them.

Your Control Over Your Information

You may contact us at any time to:

• See what personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw a partner application and have it removed.
• Opt out of any non-essential communications.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit using TLS, and access to personal data is restricted to the people who need it to do their job.

Data Retention

We keep partner applications for as long as they are commercially relevant, and for no more than twenty-four months after the last contact if no partnership results — after which they are deleted or anonymised. Records relating to an active or past partnership are retained for as long as needed to run the relationship and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Children's Privacy

This is a business-to-business service, not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
