These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of services provided by Buzzerboy. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Services

Buzzerboy provides software migration and AWS Marketplace listing services, including codebase analysis, infrastructure provisioning on AWS, deployment pipeline setup, and Marketplace product listing. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon at the time of engagement. All infrastructure is provisioned within your own AWS account — you retain full ownership.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
• Use any automated device, process, or means to access the site for any unauthorised purpose.
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its related systems.
• Use the services to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Buzzerboy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our express written permission.

Infrastructure code and deployment artefacts generated by Buzzerboy for your migration are provided to you under a limited licence for use in your own AWS account. Buzzerboy retains all intellectual property rights in its underlying tooling, templates, and automation.

Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. AWS infrastructure costs are billed directly by AWS to your account and are separate from Buzzerboy's fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Buzzerboy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the services or the suitability of any infrastructure configuration for your specific application. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buzzerboy, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzzerboy, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Buzzerboy regarding your use of the site and services and supersede any prior agreements.
